why do girls love to shop?
shiyt i just finished 40pound shoppin at royal quays today and here i am window (online) shoppin again! help! why are there so many nice stuff around?? sigh. MUST not shop anymore, at least until boxing day that is, cos i’m now officially broke. and also cos my mini wardrobe is now almost full and there is really no more space to put my stuff! AND i’m really supposed to be looking for OFFICES MARKET RENT for my coursework, not how much it will cost me to buy those pretty lil heels. (i don’t even wear heels here cos i have to walk so much!) or where to get a nice classy top for my SU staff xmas party (not i sengaja wanna be classy ok, that IS the theme.) doublesigh. i better off my lappy and go to bed now la. (or else i’ll be lazy to wake up again tomorrow – blame the weather!)
++ the reason i went to royal quays and ended up with a hoody and TWO bags! (and other unnecessary stuff as well!) ++
but right, actually the stuff there memang worth buying la. so if you’re in newcastle or somewhere nearby, you ought to check it out. just one more week to go!

i was browsing through the baby names book in wh smith this morning and i just found out that besides being the feminine version of david, my name actually means ‘beloved’ in hebrew.

despite the superduper cold weather, i still love today sho much cos i get to rest at home. yipee. it feels like ages since i last stayed home the entire day. classes, work, combat+pilates+yoga, shoppin –> all these have taken my time and made me even don’t have time to watch shows online anymore! lol. anyways, i was supposed to work at the racecourse today (and earn lots of money for shoppin tomorrow!) but due to the weather condition, the job was cancelled and we were sent home. so, yay! however, i really should start on my econs today or else i’m a dead meat. so will blog some more tomorrow k.

manchester is not only the home of last season’s premier league champion (i hope i get it right, i’m really not a football fan!) but it is also the place for great MALAYSIAN food and shopping. i’m not kidding, seriously. check out all these mouthwatering food.

the trafford centre is totally heaven for shoppin i tell you. sarah and i actually spent the entire day there walking into almost all of the shops. if you didn’t get a chance to go there, don’t fret, cause the city centre itself has so many shops (including arndale centre) you don’t even know where to start! hehe. so, if you love yummilicious food and lovelovelove to shop, pick manchester as your next destination.
++ see i even got to taste my very first krispy kreme there! (so sakai!) ++
and obviously since you’re already there, why not go see for yourself the old trafford stadium?

it was just a short weekend trip so that’s about it. but i’m so definitely gonna go there again.

besides familiku and me frens of cos, these two guys RAWK! 
(1) my project management lecturer. the guy looks really serious but he’s actually superduperfunny. he like to make really crappy jokes and they’re actually funny. (you know unlike some people who try to make jokes but you just can’t seem to get it?) he even make the subject more interesting and easy to understand.
(2) my combat aerobics teacher. so yeng! and he can make me sweat! A LOT. hehe. as in, through the aerobics la of cos.

berlin, germany
going to berlin really made me wanna read up on world history. why? cos i just realize how lil i know about berlin wall and world war II. hehe. but don’t worry, i won’t bore you guys with the history here cos i know you’re not interested. :)
i guess berlin is famous for its beautiful buildings, that’s prolly why we had the study visit there. erm i don’t remember most of their names though, cos they were in german, so please forgive me.

++ berliner dom a.k.a. berlin cathedral (huge and pretty church!) ++
++ olympic stadium where the erm world cup 2004 (was it? sorry, i don’t remember!) was held. ++
++ one of the few buildings that survived the war. you can even see the kesan! ++

those are just the few that we went to la. besides buildings, the FOOD is also superb. but if you don’t eat pork, then my advice is “don’t go there” cos you’ll have hard time lookin for food. why? cos germans LOVES pork and everywhere you go, you’ll just find pork.

totally crappy (just ignore it!)
i don’t wanna sound whiney cos nobody likes readin whiney posts but i just wanna update and i blog better when i’m whining. wtf.
it’s so cold outside i don’t feel like gettin out of the library but we have a really important dinner tonight and i definetely won’t miss it for the world. plus, it has been snowing massively in newcastle since yesterday. not really la. i just like to exaggerate cos it sounds cool-er. haha. (so lame la davina!) and why do i keep on seeing people with burberry stuff ever since my beloved homey also start obsessing over it. sigh. control davina, don’t be tempted. (haih why do i keep on talkin to myself???)
anyway, on a more serious note, i think i’ve lost my vibe. to blog i mean. i wanna blog i really do but due to the fact that i’m (STILL!!) using the library pc i just have no ilham. when is my new baby comin weh?? faster come la…so cold i also lazy walk to library la weh!

my halloween 08.
went to tiger tiger last night for halloween. had to queue up for almost an hour and paid 5pound for entry! once inside, it was so pack. there were many different rooms inside but it was still superpack. so you can imagine the crowd. music was just okay lo. overall, it wasn’t that fun. (hmm i’ve been really disappointed with all my last few night outs, is that a sign tellin me my time’s up? 0_o) somemore my feet hurt practically the whole night. cos i so eksyen wanna follow the angmos and wear heels to club. now i superregret it. i really salute them for being able to wear a much superhigh heel and still dance happily. they really bring out the true meaning of “beauty IS pain”.
++ i know i know, halloween is supposed to be scary, but so what, i like being different, hence the nurse outfit. LOL. ++
anyways, i’m off to berlin tomorrow. yay. then to manchester right after. weee so excited! will be back bloggin in a week time!
